Nojo è un progetto fusion dove la tradizione nipponica incontra quella internazionale e si fonde con la cucina moderna europea. Il locale è composta da una sala interna e una esterna coperta e riscaldata nei mesi invernali, la cucina a vista si affaccia su entrambe le sale. Nel 2021 abbiamo vinto il premio per la miglior carta dei vini su Roma nella categoria dei ristoranti asiatici, mentre nel 2022 siamo entrati nel travellers' choice di Trip Advisor oltre che entrare nella Guida Ristoranti Fusion del Gambero Rosso. I parcheggi privati nelle vicinanze si trovano a circa 200 m dal locale.
