I initially felt a sense of hospitality on the phone when making a reservation; that hospitality was reinforced throughout the evening by the genuine warmth and confidence of the chef and staff. This was my 3rd Christmas brunch at 4 Seasons. The setting is beautiful, the food amazing. There is something for everyone. BUT: The service is not great, and the cost has significantly increased. The greeting at check-in is cold. It takes a long time to get a drink. The staff all seem inexperienced and stumbling. There is now a charge for parking, and the beverage prices are ridiculous for a mediocre cocktail. With the parking and a $22 mediocre gin and tonic that takes 15 minutes, for me, it's now too precious.

Food is delicious, especially the Chilean Sea Bass and the chocolate souffle! The restaurant was filled and too noisy. Our server got our entrees mixed up, but corrected it quickly. Ambiance nice, except for the noiseless.
