Food and joy are intimately connected here at Hillholm Estate, our 1895 Gilded Age mansion tucked among Maine's High Peaks. We strive to craft a culinary experience in mindfulness for you: slow down to savor every bite. We emphasize seasonal, local ingredients procured from small Maine growers and farmers. Our offerings change weekly, sometimes nightly. We offer a single prix fixe tasting menu with five courses. Our menus reflect Chef JennyBess Chaim's travels across the globe and varied ethnic backgrounds, ranging from Nordic traditions to Middle Eastern comfort food. We welcome you to a single nightly seating at 7:00 p.m., by prior reservation only. Some of our tables are private; some share space with other diners. Very calming, yet lively energy. Incredibly comfortable seating and a beautiful dining atmosphere. Delightfully helpful and kind staff. Divinely delicious cocktails, entrées, and desserts. Every food item ordered was cooked to perfection.

Our go to restaurant! Never disappoints! We've been to many cities enjoying their fine food and drink offering's. Our little bistro in Bangor, Maine tops them all!
