Nose-to-tail sollte eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein. Hier wird es in sehr lockerer Art gelebt. Gerade durch das gewünschte Teil der Speisen, ist man experimentierfreudiger bei denen Bestellungen. Es gibt eine Tafel mit Tagesgerichten. Diese war nach unserem zweistündigen Aufenthalt zur Hälfte ausverkauft. Man sieht, es ist alles frisch und individuell eingekauft Die Atmosphäre des Restaurants ist schlicht aber passend, der Service gut informiert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch!
