Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. It was my first time at Nonna Silvias, and was very impressed. We started out with the Burrata Pugliese, which was delicious. For my entree I had the Gnocchi alla Vodka and it was outstanding. The best vodka sauce I have ever had. My friend really enjoyed the Sacchettini Porcini. The service was outstanding. Will definitely return.

Absolutely magnificent lunch. Delicious house made pate appetizer. Creamy melt in your mouth quiche with a bounty of salad that could have made a meal in itself. Make sure you save room for the chocolate pate dessert. This is the type of restaurant you wish you had in your own neighborhood so you could go there often. Even though it was a 30 minute ride from me, I’ll be back.
