Chef Garrett Rusty Thienes has won the Golden Plate medal for Canadian Olympic Athletes, a fundraiser and cooking competition.
Harvest Eatery prepares all meals from fresh produce, obtained from the local farms. Steak churrasco style is prepared with grilled flat iron steak. The Italian marinade with chimichurri sauce adds special flavors. It is topped with carrot puree, smoky black bean aioli and harvest potato hash. The sandwiches are prepared with wholegrain ingredients. The bar at Harvest Eatery serves wine and libations.
