Kennedy was truly amazing, very friendly and provided wonderful service on a Christmas Eve. The French onion soup was done perfectly and was not too pleased with the crab stuffed mushrooms. However, my New York strip was done to my liking and the dessert that Kennedy recommended was absolutely wonderful.

Had a nice dinner at the Sweetwater Chop House. Our second visit. I chose the Wagyu Steak and it was cooked to my tastes. Started the dinner with the Brussels Sprouts. I do not eat Brussels Sprouts anywhere except here. The sauce it is cooked in makes them palatable. No dessert this trip, but I would like to make a separate visit just for dessert. The others in my party had no complaints on the dining experience. Made reservation but was not necessary.

Loved my cocktails & garlic knots. Great service. Will stop in again when in town.

My wife and I both agreed that it was a dining “experience”. We search for venues that will “surprise and delight” us. Silas Creative Kitchen did both. Thanks again for making our special occasion a memorable evening. We will be back soon.

Bailey was great server. Dessert menu is upgraded and the chocolate wave was even better than previous purchases.
