At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. They are then cooked either over our state-of-the-art wood burning grill or in a brick oven heated by the embers of logs. Cooking in this way imparts a slight smokiness as it brings out the natural flavors of the food. A juicy ribeye sizzles and caramelizes, giving the tender beef a gorgeous crust. The homemade dough for our pizzas rises in the heat, and the crust gets to be the perfect combination of crisp and chewy. Vegetables share an entirely new flavor profile when cooked over wood. Our server Ellen was friendly and prompt with service. She was respectful of the conversation at the table, allowing us to enjoy our date night. The Prime Rib, NY Strip were great. I loved that lobster Mac and house cut fries. These went great with our old fashioned and espresso martini. Didn’t save room for d dessert, maybe next time. I can see why this place is a staple in the Omaha dining community. I highly suggest this restaurant.

My husband took me to Fleming's for my birthday and we both loved our evening and meal. Our waiter Tony was excellent and very attentive. The food was excellent and the seafood tower is incredible. Here we are in the middle of the country and have absolutely fresh seafood to enjoy. Loved it.
