Nojo è un progetto fusion dove la tradizione nipponica incontra quella internazionale e si fonde con la cucina moderna europea. Un’ambiziosa formula che mette insieme tradizioni culinarie diverse, per dare vita a piatti e sapori unici grazie alle sapienti mani del nostro executive chef Valerio Esse. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di porre la massima attenzione al cliente e all’accoglienza, cercando di arricchire cuore e palato. La nostra visione è quella di rompere gli schemi con una reinterpretazione dei classici orientali. Il locale è composta da una sala interna e una esterna coperta e riscaldata nei mesi invernali, la cucina a vista si affaccia su entrambe le sale. Nel 2021 abbiamo vinto il premio per la miglior carta dei vini su Roma nella categoria dei ristoranti asiatici, mentre nel 2022 siamo entrati nel travellers' choice di Trip Advisor oltre che entrare nella Guida Ristoranti Fusion del Gambero Rosso.
