Ever since the first caveman decided to slap a side of mammoth over the cave fire, man (and woman) has enjoyed the flavor of food cooked over a wood fire.     It was our first time there and I was blown away by how delicious the food was. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito at recommendation of our server and the burrito did not disappoint. The focaccia toast was delicious. I got the traditional breakfast with over medium eggs, their sausage made in house (delicious), and brioche toast and it was super tasty. The ambience even at brunch was great. The service was great, never had to worry about getting refills. The staff was friendly. Overall 10/10 experience and we cannot wait to come back for their dinner!

    What a wonderful experience I had at Saffron. The staff is absolutely amazing. The best service I have experienced in Omaha for sure! The atmosphere is great! Lots of photo opportunities and truly, there is no “bad” table in this restaurant. Each table is in a great space with a beautiful atmosphere surrounding it. The food was so authentic and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend this spot!
