We didn’t Valentine’s Day event at White Castle (aka Love Castle as it’s called that day). It was outstanding. Our table was ready and decorated. The managers acted as servers and came to our table and got us drinks and took our orders and served us. The managers looked like they were enjoying their time, too, as they were smiling and jovial. They had a special menu for the day as well as special dessert treats you could order. Also a large sign on the wall and you could take a photo with.

Only made the reservation because it was the only “Open” table. Sat in the bar area. Great service and good food. Experienced sexy water after 10pm. What a treat!

This was our first time visiting Salt. It was much more spacious inside than I thought it would be, yet still felt comfortable & warm due to having different seating areas vs one big open room. We really liked the lighting and the decor, there was music in the background that wasn’t too overwhelming yet still made it feel like a fun Friday night.  The ambiance alone makes me excited to dine there again. My daughter and I shared four appetizers and liked each one. Our favorite was the poke … beautiful presentation, and the rice underneath was addictive. The only preference I would have next time is no Sriracha mayo drizzled on it, instead just a little of that caramel soy they put under the rice. The calamari was nice and crunchy … it had good flavor on its own, but the dipping sauce was also good.  The spicy tuna roll was nice & fresh, lovely presentation. Our least favorite of the four were the dumplings. They were really good, but didn’t need to be served in the citrus chile sauce. Maybe just squeeze a bit of it over the dumplings versus filling the bottom of the dish with it? Every dish that went by us to other tables looked amazing.  Next time I’m excited to try the oysters Rockefeller and lamb lollipops, plus the skillet bread.

Great food and Great service! Tried the new ham sandwich and it was excellent!

Everything was great, the atmosphere and service were awesome. Of all the dishes we ordered 2 were a little on the salty side and the dessert drinks were not well made - chocolate Martini and espresso Martini were too sweet. Would definitely go to Portofino's again.
