We arrived 10 minutes late, a bit disappointing to find our table wasn’t ready, even though I called them, they were waiting for a couple to leave to set the table up again but there were other tables free. With all that said, the food was excellent, couldn’t fault it, we ordered a platter for 2-3 which was enough for 4-5, there were 3 of us, we left so much of it which was a shame, but was able to take it home. We will certainly go back again

I chose St Leonard’s for a joint birthday celebration with a special girlfriend. Our lunch really was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. From ensuring we were given a quiet table (a written request in my Open Table booking), to the warm and friendly welcome; attentive, professional staff; the beautiful surroundings; the delicious, artfully prepared food. Really wonderful. We decided on the spot that St Leonard’s will become the annual location for our joint birthday celebration, plus other celebrations in between! Thank you chef and all the staff at St Leonard’s for all you do to provide such a terrific experience.

Sunday lunchtime for my birthday which was really nice. Not too busy. Lovely food and very good service by friendly, attentive staff. Cosy bar with a fire burning.

Definitely worth a visit. The food, service and ambiance were all great and good value. Landlady was a scream!
