Echten Liebhabern der indischen Küche aus Nottingham wird dieses renommierte Restaurant am Maid Marian Way bereits bekannt sein. Es handelt sich um ein modernes Lokal mit Stil und einer großartigen Speisekarte. Zudem wurde es vom The Observer Food Monthly Awards mit dem "Runner Up Best Restaurant" 2012 und 2011 ausgezeichnet. Der aufwändige, luxuriöse Speiseraum besticht mit kastanienbraunen Wänden, indischen Kunsthandwerken und schokoladenbraunen Ledersofas. Die Weinkarte umfasst großteils europäische und einige australische Flaschenweine, um den Schein zu wahren. Auf der Speisekarte des MemSaab stehen unter anderem die Spezialität des Hauses, das Straußen-Tandoori, das mit Knoblauch und rotem Chili serviert wird, und auch Rasmalai, indischen Milch-Pastetchen die in einer Safransauce serviert und mit essbaren Rosenblüten garniert werden.

Always fabulous food and service and the fact that it is not licenced isn’t a problem. Their homemade lemon juice is delicious and accompanies the food perfectly. Our go to place for any occasion.

We are here on a Saturday evening, family of 3 with a toddler. The place was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The staff were friendly but appeared to be overstretched. Food was delicious although we had to ask if there was actually crab in the prawn and crab linguine. I was assured there was. Service was good although a little slow. Food wasn’t overly hot when it arrived but it was ok.
