Bevor Dr. Bob Jankelson, der Besitzer des Sorrento’s Ristorante der Tsillan Cellars, sein Interesse am Wein entdeckte, nahm ihn die Küche Italiens gefangen. Auf zahlreichen Reisen durch Italien lernte er die italienische Küche ebenso zu schätzen wie passende Weine zu einem Essen, das man mit Freunden und der Familie genießt. Die eindrucksvolle Architektur und das ganze Anwesen der Tsillan Cellars zeugen von einer großen Liebe zum Detail. Ebenso präsent ist diese in der Küche, die gastronomische Weltklasse an die Ufer des Lake Chelan bringt. Im Winter sorgen einladende italienische Kamine sowie der Panoramablick auf den Lake Chelan und die schneebedeckten Berge zusammen mit den preisgekrönten Speisen und Weinen für unvergessliche Momente.
