Es diente als Refektorium für die Mönche und ist heute eines der ältesten, speziell für diesen Zweck errichteten, geschichtsträchtigen Restaurants in Großbritannien. Das Restaurant besitzt 72 Plätze und serviert Ihnen klassische, deftige britische Gerichte mit saisonalen Produkten von regionalen Bauernhöfen und Märkten sowie Weine von einer großen, preisgekrönten Karte.
