Stacey and Paul sensed something was missing from the Lincoln dining experience. Paul had always had a passion to open up an independent restaurant and as a local girl Stacey recognised that although Lincoln is a historical City and a very dynamic and growing City, there was a clear need for a relaxed restaurant experience that combined history with modernity.

Ole Ole Tapas is a family run authentic Spanish tapas bar and restaurant in the heart of the historic city of Lincoln. We are a busy, exciting and vibrant restaurant always trying to bring a slice of Spain to Lincoln through our food and service. Catering for everyone from large families and staff parties to couples and friends looking for something a little different.Established in the summer of 2013, Ole Ole Tapas was the brainchild of both Amador and Alison bringing their expertise and decades of experience of the catering industry to flourish in their very own tapas restaurant. Originally born in the Canary Island of Lanzarote (where the family originally came from) their daughter and both sons decided to join their family venture and follow in the footsteps of their parents and grandparents.     Food was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive. The homemade caramel vodka was amazing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. OLÉ!!!

    We visited Lawsons on Friday to celebrate my husbands birthday after many recommendations and were not disappointed. A good range of menu choices and excellent quality food. The service was fantastic and waiting staff were so good I can't single out one as they were all outstanding. I was expecting small portion sizes but I was wrong; they were generous and filling. Can't recommend Lawsons enough. A little gem in Lincoln. Thank you for a lovely lunch.

    Tried the new menu, it was absolutely spectacular. Never going to mailbox again. Walkabout’s new menu tops everything i’ve ever had from anywhere else.

    Had such a lovely dinner with my partner here the other night!! I had the tofu salad and it was amazing, my partner had the smothered chicken and it looked delicious. The atmosphere was fun and lively, staff were helpful and kept making sure we were having a nice meal. Would definitely recommend slug and lettuce in Lincoln will be back soon!!
