Im Le Bouchon sitzen Sie neben dem schönen, 22,5 km langen Kanal Chelmer and Blackwater Navigation, der im Jahre 1797 eröffnet wurde und von Springfield Basin in Chelmsford zur Seeschleuse Heybridge Basin in der Nähe von Maldon fließt.
