A Classic French Bistro in the heart of Edison Park has been a dream of Executive Chef and owner Joe Calabrese for several years. Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. Before opening his other restaurant, Zia’s Trattoria (located one block west of Café Touché at 6699 N. Ema is an OUTSTANDING restaurant!! The venue, food, cocktails, and service are superb!! I am visiting friends and family from out of state for the Christmas holiday and selected Ema because of the foregoing reasons!! We will most definitely return!! Thank you!

Second time making the trip to Touché and once again did not disappoint. Most authentic French restaurant I know of in the Chicagoland area. Our server Paris was excellent, food, service all exceeds expectations. Already looking to return
