Lage und Atmosphäre sind einmalig. Die Renovierung des Restaurants sehr gelungen. Preise für New Yorker Verhältnisse akzeptabel. Qualität der Speisen sehr gut. Geräuschpegel moderat, gemessen an anderen Restaurants in NYC. Der Oberkellner sehr freundlich, andere im Team mit leichten Schwächen. So dürfen die Teller der Vorspeise nicht abgeräumt werden, wenn die andere noch isst. Aber davon abgesehen, eine klare Empfehlung.

Wir waren zum Silvesterball im Plaza Hotel, es war einfach nur hervorragend. Der Service, das Essen alles exzellent. Ob Austern, Hummer, Kaviar oder Champagner, für den verwöhnten Gaumen, top Auswahl. Jederzeit wieder.
