Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations. We were a group of 7 having dinner together before a Show that night. Service was fast. We all had a variety of different dishes ie Prawn Laksa, Singapore Noodles, Prawn Thai Basil, Chicken skewers. Everyone enjoyed their meals and said they were delicious. Thanks again for an excellent night out.

The Cantonese food was excellent! Came here with my Chinese family and there were 12 of us. We were given our own area which was private. Food was great and portion sizes were generous. All agreed that we will definitely return. Good value for money and great food!!

Great experience. Hosted 24 guests for a family Christmas luncheon. Great service. Very accomodating. Nothing was too hard. Food was wonderful and reasonably priced. Could not fault them. Will definitely be back.
