Quando abbiamo iniziato a creare il nostro ristorante avevamo in mente due obiettivi fondamentali; Il primo: semplicità e design minimalista basato su “Inyo”, un simbolo orientale che rappresenta l'universo come un cerchio. All'interno del cerchio i due colori, il bianco e il nero, convivono insieme,ma separati. I colori rappresentano due tipi di energie, positiva e negativa, quindi abbiamo basato il nostro design attorno a questi. Ci siamo basati su "Karesansui", Giardino Zen che aveva lo scopo di imitare l'essenza della natura, non il suo aspetto reale e servire come aiuto per il relax assoluto.La seconda: abbiamo voluto creare un “Fusion Restaurant”, la delicata arte della ristorazione che unisce tradizioni, tecniche culinarie e mixology in un unico contrasto di Food & Beverages dove tu, nostro ospite, puoi assaporare il meglio che la terra e il mare hanno da offrire. Dal sushi ai cocktail su misura e un'ampia lista di champagne, vini e spumanti.
