The Last slice is a modern twist of the classic Lebanese style Pizza, known as Manoush. Located in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, established to share a piece of our culture with you! Manoush is a flatbread, traditionally topped with a drizzle of freshly pressed olive oil and tangy Zaatar (Oregano). But it doesn’t stop there! Other toppings such as various cheeses, veggies, labna (yoghurt spread) and meat are used to make the most tastiest flavoured Manoush. This dish is generally served for breakfast in the villages of Lebanon. The smell of manoush as it is being prepared will sure to make your stomach rumble and take you back to the markets of the middle east. In addition, we offer a variation of traditional middle eastern pastries such as Kaak, Pides and Scrolls. Be sure to pair it up with our aromatic freshly roasted coffee.     Lovely mood and setting. Wish I'd picked outside however with the weather lately it felt risky. Sun set and water views still seen from every table inside. The food was delicious only disappointment was the ravioli which was sold out; I'll just have to go back to try it and eat earlier!

    We were a group of 11 family members catching up after 30 years. The Last Slice was so accommodating, the food was amazing, tasty and so well priced. The staff were the absolute best. Easy parking so close. Great location with park across the road for the children to play.
