Market Place Kitchen and Bar is a traditional American restaurant, operating with a theme of preparing all cuisines with organic and sustainable ingredients. The restaurant has a decent wooden décor, constructed with 300-years old barn wood from Brook Field's farm. Market Place Kitchen and Bar has a full-service banquet with modern business facilities for corporate events and meetings. Alex Lowe, the executive chef, has prepared a healthy menu for guests in Market Place Kitchen and Bar. Surf and turf is the specialty meal here. It is prepared with pork belly meat braised in duck fat for four hours. It is served with apple marmalade, caramelized scallops and house made kale chips. The ‘famous rigatoni Bolognese GF' pasta is prepared with sweet Italian sausage, milk-fed veal, pomodoro tomato cream, fresh ricotta, grana padano parmigiano cheese and fine herbs.     I have been there many times when it was Chuck’s steakhouse originally and it was good. I think now it’s a couple of notches above the original The quality of the stake was very good service is excellent.  my wife ordered the clam bag she said it was great and the value was good.

    Go for the cacio et pepe pasta, prepared table side. Our group of 3 had pasta entrees after Caesar salad and tuna tartare. The carbonara was more pancetta than Rome's; get extra garlic for the linguini vongole. Stay for the zabaglione ---who else makes it. It's made tableside and just boozy enough. Nice and efficient staff; cozy and festive ambiance.
