Always great food and awesome staff at the Blue Fork. Just wish they would get the pasta making machine fixed and offer more pasta options. AND bring back the Pot Stickers!

Best ribeye around! I love their grits and carrots.

The food was amazing as always only complaint really was that it was kind of busy and only seen two waitresses on the floor so it was a little slower than normal and then that it was a good experience for my mother's birthday dinner.

They were short staffed and half of the restaurant was shut down with only two wait staff present and one of them was in training. Our waitress was excellent and we did not have to wait for food or service.
