At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. They are then cooked either over our state-of-the-art wood burning grill or in a brick oven heated by the embers of logs. Great service and food. The bench tables in the bar area are a little tight for family of 4. But other than that is was great.

We dined here for Xmas Eve and it’s was the perfect spot. The environment is cozy and quiet so you can have a conversation with your whole table. The food was excellent and cooked perfectly. I recommend the salmon and steaks. We were also excited to see some traditional dishes from past Xmas eves with our grandma under the special Xmas Eve selections. My only constructive feedback was the courses were served too close together but it was a busy night for them.

As always, Pasta Amore doesn’t disappoint. The place was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the food was excellent. The best part is the ability to talk during dinner with friends and not have to shout. Great ambiance!

Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and came out quickly. Our waitress gave us our dessert on the house which was a nice surprise.
