We love.BJ's any time of the year but we've.made it a Christmas Eve tradition to have our dinner here. Menu selections for everyone and the craft beer is excellent. We even take home a couple of Pazookies for our evening snack.

My only concern is if you make reservations six hours before your arrival time, your table should be ready when you arrive. But, overall, we had a waitress, who customer service skills were over the top. Rochelle was her name, and she was excellent! And showed the patience of Job with us. And that to me was much appreciated because so many times you go, they are understaffed, trying to do to many tables, and their patience is not very long, but with her, and I believe you were understaffed, she still showed expert courtesy!
