I’m a long time, loyal customer of the Tavern. It’s def slipped a bit lately. The wine list is blah, even though they upgraded to a wood bound, very attractive wine list. There is simply nothing beyond what you could find at your local liquor store. We started with the crab dip with pita. The pita was lovely and fresh, but the dip was barely warm. The burgers were tasty, and the fries also were barely warm. Our server rocks and was busy, so we didn’t complain. This is also not an uncommon experience. The bar is typically vibrant crowd, with a cozy vibe. We’ll be back and hope the kitchen/management get a better handle on things.

Highly recommend the filet. Excellent and always prepared to perfection. A great place for special occasions.
