Had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday here. Our waiter was great! He was funny, had great suggestions for our table, and was accommodating to us. The food was spectacular, everything was delicious and so rich. La Grotta will definitely be a place re return to many more times!

Love this place!!! Elegant, modern cocktail bar walking distance from the theatres and hot spots in Richmond. Highly recommend for elevated sharing plates and the most delicious craft cocktails. We got the martini tree (basically a sampler of fun twists on martinis) and split the Virginia Peanut Hummus (yum!), the wagyu poutine (double yum) and the lamb lollipops. The flavor was aaaaamazing. Can’t wait to come back for their weekly Jazz Nights!
