Higher Ground is a bistro and bar located in Manchester city centre that focuses on seasonality within the UK using produce sourced from local suppliers and producers. The restaurant is open Wed-Sat at dinner and Thurs-Sat lunch. Easily one of the best dining experiences if not the best in the city. The quality of the food, service and drinks are all on a different level to dining rooms with treble the pricing structure. Unfortunately there was an issue with the food I ordered and the burger came with the wrong sauce however the girl serving us was absolutely lovely about the situation and happily resolved it. I would definitely go back based on the service we received (it was the Aussie girl) x
