Food and joy are intimately connected here at Hillholm Estate, our 1895 Gilded Age mansion tucked among Maine's High Peaks. We strive to craft a culinary experience in mindfulness for you: slow down to savor every bite. We emphasize seasonal, local ingredients procured from small Maine growers and farmers. Our offerings change weekly, sometimes nightly. We offer a single prix fixe tasting menu with five courses.
