We are a small, family run restaurant since 2002 specialising in carefully sourced Aberdeen Angus beef from Scottish small highland farms, cooked simply but with flair and attention to detail.Our emphasis is on high quality local ingredients and fresh produce from the best of local suppliers. Beef is selected, prepared and hung for us by Award wining "John Gilmour" of Macmerry master butchers since 1946. Fresh fish are delivered daily by Calum Sinclair and J.K Thompsons. Sonntag Abend der 2. Dezember, ich bin in Edinburgh und habe einen Tisch in der Mussel & Steak Bar reserviert. Ich war ein paar Minuten früher da wurde aber trotzdem sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und Essen und Getränke flott bestellt. Ich hatte 6 Austern als Vorspeise und das Surf & Turf als Hauptgericht. Das Essen war super lecker. Austern waren der Hammer und Steak und Muscheln genau so lecker. Es ist nicht ganz billig, aber die Qualität war klasse. Mir hat die Atmosphäre im Lokal sehr gut gefallen. Ich komme definitiv wieder. Danke für einen schönen Abend.
