Chef Jimmy has 12+ years experience in some of London's most popular restaurants including Elliots in Borough Market, Crispin and Lardo in Hackney; having trained at the Michelin-starred 'Neptune' in Norfolk, he brings the same level of skill and attention to his own menu of refined yet casual plates.
