Gorgeous restaurant! All Texas class meets Santa Fe. They were not ready nor enthused for a weekend brunch. Probably just getting off the ground. Service and owner were lovely just not interested in time. Food was so worth the wait!

Our server was amazing. My boyfriend had the French toast it was delicious the fruit that came with it was fresh the bacon was huge. I sure did eat some of everything . I had the eggs bacon sausage hash and biscuit. It was yummy and served hot loved it. We also shared the garlic bread knots were great their marina was so yummy with a little kick absolutely worth it. I personally don’t like ordering garlic knots but he wanted them and of course bc they were so good I ate half the order. And the drinks the bartender today was outstanding each drink we had was made very well

This is an incredible gem of a restaurant in tiny Fredericksburg! A true Michelin rated chef with a challenging menu as well! We tried the Lamb Tartare…I have never had this before and it was absolutely amazing! The raw tuna was sublime! My husband had the duck and he said it was delicious. I had the snapper and it was superb! The pavlova was one of the best desserts I have ever had and I make my own! My husband had the panna cotta and he loved it! I am so glad we found this gem while visiting Fredericksburg, and we will definitely promote it. I can’t wait to return!

Cuvée was FABULOUS!!! My husband and I went 2 nights in a row! The wine is great, the bar itself is so cute and rustic, but the staff is phenomenal!!! Andy (the piano player) was truly so fun and got the crowd going! I would recommend Cuvée to everyone going to Fredericksburg!!

Chef Matilde and waitress Melissa were wonderful. For dessert, we had the fried Oreos which were out of this world! The tasted light and fluffy and reminded me of what Oreo beignets would taste like. We’re coming back just for this dessert!! Beautiful views as well.
