Popoca means “to emit smoke” in Nawat, the language of native people of El Salvador who stoked wood fires to prepare food over a comal for their families. Booked a reservation expecting to do their New Years brunch buffet, but they were experiencing technical difficulties. Instead we ate off the regular menu and everything we ordered, from the fried branzino to the short rib cup noodles to the kids menu chicken and rice was delicious. The drinks were presented beautifully and tasted delicious. Loved the decor and loved the music. Highly recommend!
