It is prepared with pork belly meat braised in duck fat for four hours. It is served with apple marmalade, caramelized scallops and house made kale chips. You should consider offering valet parking. The parking lot is very tight and we were not able to find a parking spot during peak evening dining hours. We parked down the street and walked.

Made last minute reservations but we didn’t expect a large crowd after dinner time on a random Wednesday night. We were greeted and seated immediately. We ordered the porterhouse for 2, creamed spinach and mash potatoes. Food was really good and came out nice and hot. Service was great. Drinks were good too. Our waiter sang me happy birthday and gave me a dessert complimentary. I look forward to going again
