Während der Herbst- und Frühjahrssemester wird mittwochs bis freitags auch elegante Gourmetküche serviert. Zum Mittagessen bereiten die Studenten frische, regionale Gerichte wie Gourmet-Salate, Suppen, Pasta, Hauptgerichte, gegrillte Panini, Fladenbrot, Käseplatten und kleine Süßigkeiten zu. Das Fünf-Gänge-Menü beginnt mit einem Vorspeisen-Trio nach Art der Fusionsküche und einer Salatauswahl, gefolgt von einem Intermezzo und dem Hauptgericht Ihrer Wahl, das in der frisch renovierten Show-Küche zubereitet wird. Mit einem verführerischen Dessert-Trio findet der Abend dann ein süßes Ende. Das Vita Nova bietet eine umfangreiche Getränkeauswahl, darunter 20 Weinsorten im Glas, Bier aus der Region und Espressospezialitäten. All my husband wanted for his thirtieth birthday was to go out on a date with me - we hadn't been out on a date since March 7, 2020, before the world shut down. I'm so glad that I found Deep Blue at Kitty Knight to celebrate his milestone birthday! We had such wonderful service that were very accommodating of my allergies - I am allergic to gluten and pork, so eating out can be difficult. Shout-out to Larry and the kitchen staff for making sure I could be safe and relax while chilling out with my husband! Portion size is excellent; we were both so stuffed that dessert was out of the question! I'm so grateful we got to spend an hour at Deep Blue!
