Our salads were fresh and delicious! The service was excellent and our waitress was amazing!

We loved our dinner at Florie’s Restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel in Palm Beach FL. Famous Chief Mauro Colagreco’s and his Chiefs' creation food was delicious. The all food was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and the service was incredibly attentive. We felt truly welcomed and well-treated and will be back soon. The ambiance at Florie’s was just what we needed for a special evening soft lighting, and cozy seating. Our server Mauricio was a phenomenal and managers and rest of the crew as well, Thank you to all for amazing experience 🙏🥰❤️

Beautiful restaurant with thoughtful menu. Steak was cooked perfectly. The cauliflower and Peruvian succotash were amazing!

I've eaten at Nobu's Matsuhisa in Aspen many times and at Nobu London. I was hoping that the transition restaurant at Eau De Palm Beach would live up to its name. It totally did. The food was just the same highest quality both in unique flavors and presentation. The prices are, well, Nobu, but I am going here to have the "full monty" experience and was not disappointed. The sake menu has a number of size offerings for each type, which was a bit confusing. We picked a Nobu sake by the glass and, it was amazing. I'll be back when they move to a permanent setting in the hotel and, I am sure it will be amazing.

Fantastic place to have food. Being from Chicago we always try to go to places we don’t have back home. This is definitely one of those places!! Drinks were good, food was good…. We will be back!
