Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times. Beautifully cooked food,presented lovely,tasted amazing and all home cooked,cocktails and wine were lovely too but the staff make it more perfect for me how they make the time to come over and talk to you and have a conversation and are really pleasant and friendly.Its our second time here now and will definately be returning again and again!

This is a unique and memorable dining experience. The food is top class, the setting is atmospheric. It is an evening of story-telling, reflection and the sensation of taste. While never being overbearing, the presentation of the meal causes us to reflect on our relationship with food and nature. A great evening that I think only The Potteries could provide.
