Over his many years in Oaxaca, TJ cultivated relationships with local craftsmen, artists, mezcaleros, cooks and farmers throughout the region. Claro is dedicated to making everything by hand, including the masa, cheeses, chorizo and moles. Great food . Came out fast . Service was amazing . They even over heard it was my sisters birthday and came out on there own to sing happy birthday to her . Was a great surprise and ending to the meal
