I used to work at R wine bar and right before I moved to MSP Maribella opened. I have been wanting to dine here and finally the opportunity arose with some dear Sioux Falls friends. To say the least Ricardo and his family have brought a piece of Italy to the corner of downtown Sioux Falls. The lemon pasta is exactly what I remember eating after a shift at R wine bar in 2018! The only critique I have is there should be a sign on the door for the bathrooms haha!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Ironwood Steakhouse in Sioux Falls, SD. Our server Raegan was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and took great care of us throughout the evening. We ordered the wagyu zabuton and it was cooked perfectly. The salads, mashed potatoes, and Brussels sprouts were all delicious and full of flavor. The general manager, Brandon, introduced himself during our meal and recommended the chocolate cake for dessert. It was rich, decadent, and absolutely delicious. We even had leftovers to enjoy for the next couple of nights. Brandon also had a handwritten card addressed to me and my date, thanking us for choosing Ironwood Steakhouse to celebrate our special occasion. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the night even more memorable. One of the highlights of the evening was when the window blinds raised to reveal the beautiful Christmas lights at Falls Park. It was an unexpected surprise and added a magical touch to an already perfect night. If you enjoy old fashioneds, they present them very nicely, and the wine and drink selection is outstanding. Ironwood Steakhouse is the perfect place for any occasion. We will definitely be back.

The food is so good. The lobster bisque is amazing! So is he strawberry salad. Fabulous.

R Wine Bar never disappoints. We had a full day of shopping in Sioux Falls. Made 4:00 reservations a week before and requested a window seat, which are limited. We were received by very a very merry staff and were seated at my requested window seat. We ordered a bottle of wine we have never tried (spectacular) and of course off their December menu for supper. Oh my goodness it was amazing as everything on their menu is. We left happy and making plans to come back again. It is definitely our favorite restaurant and wine bar in a historic beautiful building. We were one of the first, waiting patiently for them to open several years ago, and we keep going back. Well done R Wine Bar..well done indeed!!

For our first time was a great experience, food was great , nice and quiet atmosphere and Kiahna was awesome!!
