The veiw is amazing we sat by the fireplace it was as romantic as you can publicly get our waitress was the sweetest little lady you ever wanted to see the food was cooked perfectly my wife even bragged on how perfectly her steak was cooked cause we go so many places that just can’t get it right the food is a little pricey so it’s not just a every day eatery but if you got someone special you want to show top tier eating or any occasion for you and your mate this is the one

The mixed grill was cooked perfectly. The sides were bountiful. The oyster appetiser was perfection in crunch and softness. Our waitress, Fletcher, was gracious, helpful, available and unobtrusive.

I recently dined at Char , and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, making it a perfect spot for a nice meal. I ordered the Chicken Piccata, which was absolutely delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and it was cooked to perfection. The Wedge Salad was also impressive; it was fresh and crisp, complementing the main dish beautifully. I tried the Pork Chop, which was cooked well but a bit salty for my taste. It might be perfect for those who enjoy a stronger flavor profile. To top off the meal, I indulged in the Caramel Cheesecake. It was simply amazing—rich, creamy, and the caramel added a wonderful touch. Overall, I highly recommend Char for its great food and lovely atmosphere. I look forward to returning to try more dishes! --

Their signature char broiled oysters are phenomenal. I get them every time I’m in New Orleans. So good.
