The menu is very good and the staff behind the bar and at the table were super helpful and welcoming. Our only issue us the length of time between ordering and getting food to table. Happy to wait for good food but time did seem too long.

Outstanding food, nice calm restaurant, superb beer. Four for dinner, three of us opted for ribeye, delicious! Flowerpots beer was superb. Good VFM & highly recommended.

OMG this was fabulous. Service was great. Food was great and drinks were great. Staff ensure you had you money worth of drinks. We wanted a window seat and they moved our table. Nothing too much trouble. Deffo she’ll be back. Thank you

Lovely restuarant in what looks like a medieval hall. Asparagus starter followed with venison Wellington. Cheese to finish. Nice bottle of Fleurie. Drinks outside to start. Highly recommended.
