I had a mushroom risotto entree that totaled maybe 4 tablespoons. It came in an acorn squash bowl, which maybe the chef was supposed to partially empty out to make room for the pasta, but almost all of the acorn squash was intact. Instead of eating risotto from a squash bowl, I had acorn squash with a smear of risotto on top. It also wasn’t salted well. I had a peanut butter pot de crème for dessert. The marshmallow on top was lightly torched/toasted which went well at first but the pot de crème cooled it off and left a floppy slab of marshmallow on top. All in all it was okay.

We had an absolute wonderful dinning experience at Ruxton. The combination of phenomenal food, the chance to meet Chef Austin, and the attentive service from GM Jerome and server Karla made the experience memorable. Ruxton is a must for fine dinning. We consider Ruxton one of the best restaurants for fine dinning during our travels.

Tagliata was a delight. The food was exquisite, the atmosphere was pleasant, and our server (Marisa) could not have been better — she was pleasant, knowledgeable about the menu, upbeat and attentive. Great food. Great ambience. Great service. I highly recommend Tagliata.
