With a bar for just drinks or to accompany your meals we can provide simple soft & non alcoholic beverages to a great selection of locally brewed ales & IPA's. Being situated just off of the famous Ridgeway trail this is a perfect place for a getaway & country walks. In addition to our comfy lounge & dinning room we also can offer a relaxing suntrap patio area & 2 garden areas with benches to chill in the sun with food & a drink in a peaceful village setting.

We enjoyed some sharing small plates; hi-light being the curry wurst! Absolutely delicious, especially with the wonderful German larger. My dish of sea bass with red curry broth was delightful; perfectly cooked fish with a beautiful spicy aromatic sauce; really tasty!

Another excellent meal we all had at the Village Inn, although we do not live in the area, we are always made welcome, and the service as usual was very good. Nice variety on the menu at a good price, well recommended for a good meal.
