Das Marche liegt in Eugene, Oregon, und wurde im August 1998 eröffnet. Das Restaurant, das 80 Gästen Platz bietet, verfügt über eine offene Küche mit einem schönen Holzofen. Das Marche nimmt nur die besten Zutaten, daher variiert unsere Speisekarte im Laufe der Jahreszeiten. Um die höchste Qualität und die gesündesten Zutaten zu gewährleisten, verwenden wir chemiefreie Bio-Produkte. Wir orientieren uns an der französischen Küche: Unsere Gerichte sind intensiv gewürzt und einfach, aber sehr schön präsentiert.
