Thank you for yet another amazing dining experience at Rio. I brought my family this evening for our Christmas celebration. We may have started a new tradition. We enjoyed every moment, and I offer special kudos to the hostess/server, Amanda--who always shines so brightly, you have to wear sunglasses to be in the same room with her! Thank you, Amanda, for your warmth and sweet, welcoming smile. And thank you so so much for providing this lovely venue, Val. And I'm also grateful to you, Emilio, for the fabulous wine. This has been our anniversary spot. I also have celiac and some other allergies and the staff is very knowledgeable and careful. also want to give and honorable mention to the fries that are gluten free and probably the best waffle fries (my partner and I agree). we love this little spot!

This was an annual special event opportunity to dine in the tea house. The food was wonderful. Part of the treat of course is that it is held in the middle of Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden during their winter Gardenfest of Light. The gardens were beautiful to look out on while enjoying a wonderful meal. This is also a fundraiser for the gardens, which we love to visit.

Great food and customer service. Food was fast and fresh with the most attentive waiter.

Our overall experience was excellent. The staff did an amazing job for our son’s graduation lunch. I believe one of the waitresses name is Tameka. Please, forgive me if I mentioned the name incorrectly. The ambience, decor, food, and staff were all superb!! I will highly recommend “Small Batch Kitchen” to my family and friends. Shout out to the chef for delicious and elegant cuisine. The staff designed and created unique menus and table decor especially for our graduate. It was a pleasure to dine at your restaurant.
