Our Micro Brewery has the skilled oversight of Certified Chef Joseph Gervais serving delicious steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood dinners and appetizers with a full bar, wine and locally brewed beer. The ingredients of our meals are freshly prepared including salad dressings made on site. Our beer is used in many ingredients. Our signature dishes include scallops, salmon steak, choice steaks and burgers. Most ingredients of our beer are grown within one hour of our brewery.
