Das 25 Lusk ist ein anspruchsvolles, aufgeschlossenes Restaurant der gehobenen Küche, das sich auf moderne amerikanische Küche der Saison spezialisiert hat. Alle ursprünglichen, unverputzten Ziegelwände und massiven Hölzer sind noch vorhanden und schaffen somit eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre, erhalten aber trotzdem die klassische, industrielle Ästhetik des Gebäudes. Der 910 m² große Raum umfasst 120 Plätze im Hauptspeisesaal, eine große untere Ebene mit einer Bar und einer Lounge, 30 bis 35 Plätze im privaten Essbereich, einen teilweise privaten Essbereich für Gruppen mit bis zu 14 Personen sowie einen gemeinschaftlich genutzten Esstisch. Das vielleicht einzigartigste Element der Veränderungen im 25 Lusk ist der offene Raum, durch den eine schwebende Feuerkugel durch einen Stahlschornstein von der Ebene des Hauptspeisesaals in die Lounge darunter gelangt. Dieses Design vereint die 2 Ebenen, wobei es jeder Ebene ermöglicht, ein eigenständiger Ort zu sein. Die einzigartige untere Ebene des 25 Lusk mit einer Bar und einer Lounge bietet eine stilvolle und moderne Atmosphäre mit einer großen Auswahl an klassischen und modernen Cocktails.
