Parlor is the best pizza restaurant in Des Moines and maybe the best restaurant overall. The Detroit-Style pizza is amazing. Their cheeseburger and truffle fries are also 10/10. The best pizza on the menu is Sweet Jane: white sauce, mozzarella, gruyere, ricotta, spiced honey, and almonds. Great selection of beer on tap. Great atmosphere. Our server was incredibly attentive, making eye contact with me right away every time I wanted anything. We will be back many times.

Staff was great. Dropped off flowers before reservation and staff set them up on our table so my wife and daughter were surprised. James our server was excellent.
