This grill-your-own experience is the brainchild of Glen Rubenbauer who started Rube's Steakhouse in 1973. In 1992, due to popular demand, fresh Rube's steaks are shipped nationwide. The secret is corn-fed Black Angus that is wet-aged for a minimum of 28 days in the heart of Iowa.
